I get numerous positive comments on the quality of THE LODESTAR, which I simply receive and resend to my address list. I am reaching over 500 businesses and individuals and I know that many of them share the ideas throughout their individual offices. Therefore, the LODESTAR name is getting out monthly to over 500 addresses at about 15-20 cents an issue per recipient.

It is by far my BEST marketing tool and I know who it is reaching. I can’t get he same exposure at five times the price, and although I can’t determine what clients have come directly from the newsletter, I do know that the continuous monthly exposure keeps the LODESTAR name in the public’s eye.

It is definitely in my 2008 business plan.

My first consideration of the benefit of your service is that you were able to customize to what we wanted – that is, just a plain text file that we could put into our design and in our format. That was something that simplified the logistics of creating our newsletter.

Second, the quality and variety of content has been top notch. We are consistently getting compliments from our readers.

Finally, and perhaps this should be first, our newsletter can be directly tied to generating business.In 2006, the first year we published the newsletter, we can specifically tie $2,200 to the newsletter – which more than paid for it. In the course of doing business, I try to provide feedback on good work or exceptional service, but I rarely find the time to put pen to paper. In your case, I felt compelled to find the time to share my thoughts in writing.

Since using your Newsletter Service, I have been more than pleased by the selection of topical content, the overall look and feel of the letter and the many positive comments I’ve received from my readers. Doing the type of work I do, I felt I should be able to whip out a newsletter myself. Well! That hasn’t been the case. What I realized instead, was that my time is better spent on doing what I do best by focusing on the things that achieve results and grow my business. What I’ve learned is – your service is helping me do just that.

My Newsletter has created much more interest and awareness about the company and what we do. While I distribute electronically, I like using it when I’m meeting with prospects or existing clients by referencing an article or topic that is of interest to them and using it as context to think about the services we provide… It works!

I’m not yet able to provide hard statistics on how much it’s improved my bottom line results, but I am evaluating moving from a two to four page publication.
